Our Concierge Service Process
Not sure when you will have time to bring your bike in? No worries. Richardson Motoworks handles pick-up and delivery of your motorcycle to help simplify your busy life. We pick up your motorcycle within an hour’s radius of Wooster.
1. Schedule Work
At Richardson Motoworks, we have three time slots: Morning, Midday, and Afternoon. Choose the slot that fits your schedule.
2. Describe Work
Let us know what kind of work you need done, whether maintenance, repair, or something else.
3. Arrange Pickup
We offer concierge services. So, let us know where we can pick up your motorcycle so we can do the work.
4. Deliver Bike
After the work is finished, we will return your motorcycle to you in our service area so you don't have to worry.
